The women of Burkina Faso, Africa celebrate this holiday each year by wearing festive clothing, decorated with a different motif every year. The Women’s Day Soaps are produced in Burkina Faso as part of a development partnership with a local factory. The factory has been run entirely by women since 2010 and supports their economic emancipation.

Perfect for irritated, sensitive and rosacea-ridden skin, this trio (serum not included) will work wonders. I've been using the cleansing milk and protective day creme for weeks now and I like them a lot. The milk is soothing with a barely-there soft scent and the the creme is thick-a little goes a long way. I plan on using the mask soon. I'll update this post after but so far I really like these products.

Avon ADVANCE TECHNIQUES Damage Repair 3D Rescue Leave-In Treatment

This leave-in conditioner from Avon make a lot of promises.
It does detangle like no body's business, but it seems to be made for fine haired folk who don't want to compromise volume.
On my super thick hair with a tendency to frizz, it is just okay.
Better if I use in combination with a standard conditioner.
Passing along to a follicularly challenged pal, will update post with results.

Soap & Glory: Scrub of Your Life

Soap & Glory is hard to miss, packaged in hot pink and covered in clever repartee.
I wondered if The Scrub of Your Life would live up to its container.
Happily, it does!
Lightly scented (fresh & tropic), gentle but effective.
Great at de-scaling without causing massive skin loss.
I use it once a week to keep myself scrubbed.
